Cutting Edge Technology
With machining capacity up to 1220mm x 2440mm x 120mm in all common manufactured sheet materials, we can cut everything from camper van panels to shaker doors, staircase stringers to subwoofer cabinets, sports equipment, large three dimensional lettering and so much more.
Plywood
Birch plywood is a popular choice for its machinability, structural strength, layer uniformity and desirable appearance. It is great for furniture, displays, sports equipment and more. We can cut, carve and engrave this as well as many other common plywoods including hardwood ply, poplar ply, veneered and laminated plywoods.
MDF
Premium MDF panels are a versatile material and can be used for applications including shaker style doors, MFT boards, furniture, cabinets and decorative wall panels in shopfitting applications. We can source and process a variety of MDF panels including Fire Resistant, Zero Formaldehyde and Laminated sheets. For most applications we recommend. Hidrofugo Moisture Resistant MDF which has superior machinability and surface finish to most other brands.
Polymers & ACM
In addition to common engineered wood products we are also able to machine a wide range of engineering polymers and composites including ACM (Aluminium Composite Panels) as used in signage and trailers, Tufnol, HPL, Acrylic/PMMA, PVCu, HDPE, Nylon, Polypropylene and Polycarbonate.
